BMX Olympic Day Celebration Marathon

 On June 23rd, the USA BMX sponsored a day of free racing to help promote the sport of BMX becoming an Olympic Event.  All tracks around the nation hosted one free day of racing for everyone and anyone who wants to give the sport a try.  There were no registration fees and no memberships required.

 We started the day off at Legacy BMX in farmington at 9:00 am. The  Legacy olympic race hosted 7 of our kaos riders ... kaden 5th, paige 3rd, xander 1st, kodiak 2nd, alexis 2nd, jorden 3rd and randy 2nd (4th cruiser).

After Legacy, we all caravaned down to South Jordan to race our second Olympic race at Rad Canyon BMX.

 At the 2nd olympic day track ... kaos utah did awesome ... kaden 3rd, paige 3rd, xander 3rd, clay 2nd, kodiak 4th, garrett 1st, alexis 2nd, jorden 3rd, randy 5th & 2nd, michael 4th ... now onto the 3rd track in one day

The final Olympic race was hosted by Deseret Peak BMX in Tooele.... kaos utah finishes with xander 2nd, clay 1st, kodiak 3rd, garrett 4th, jorden 4th, uriah 2nd, randy 2nd & 2nd

It was a long, hot and windy day of racing, but we all had fun and earned a ton of free racing points. Thanks USABMX for giving us the opportunity to introduce our friends to such a fun family sport.

Legacy Outdoor State Qualifier

Legacy State Qualifier ended for KAOS Utah with the following hardware ... Kaden 4th, Paige 2nd, Xander 4th, Clay 2nd, Kodiak 4th, Garrett  2nd, Jorden 3rd, Randy 2nd in class ... Randy didn't make the main in cruiser and Michael didn't make the main... good racing by everyone, we missed Ron, Jared and Uriah on the track tonight. Hopefully you will all heal quickly and join us again soon.

Rad Canyon Racing

Deseret Peak BMX

 After the parade, we all went home for a few hours to rest from the heat and then we met in Tooele for a night of racing at Deseret Peak BMX.

South Jordan Country Fest Parade

 On Saturday, June 16th, we entered our team and a few of our BMX friends into the South Jordan Country Fest Parade.  We were entry #101.  The parade began at 9:00 am, but we didn't start out of the parade route until 10:30.  It took us about an hour to ride the parade route.  In the process we handed out BMX info fliers to the crowd to hopefully spread the word about the BMX community and to invite new riders to come out and join us.

 Majority of our KAOS riders were able to join us.  We also had a large group of Eight 01 join us.  There were a handful of individual riders also.  We had a lot of fun and are looking forward to participating in more parades next year.

Shaggy Boyzzz Herriman Parade

Our team manager, Randy Kenney, took a few minutes to help support one of our local bike shops and a fellow bmx racer (Sean Fragua) today. He rode his bike with Shaggy Boyzz bike shop in the Herriman, Utah parade.

Bubba Goes to Eagle

1st in the main and his first intermediate win!!!Took 2nd in the Eagle Foothills Redline Cup Qualifier! I'd say he had a successful weekend in Idaho - 1st place double point last night and 2nd place triple point qualifier today. Stopping for lunch and then heading home :)  — with Garrett Davidson and Kaos Utah at Eagle Foothills Bmx.  Garrett loved this track. Has great trails in the mountain right behind it too. The only problem is that it is 5-1/2 hours away - lol. We came up because Garrett needs this morning's redline cup qualifier :) ... Thanks Robin for the updates from Eagle.  Way to represent Kaos Utah Garrett.

A friend of ours (Jason McCauley) helped us keep track of our riders this weekend, since we were unable to attend tonights race.  This is the message care monkey sent to us on facebook:
